How to buy a product?


Select the product by clicking the „Buy” button.

Go to the shopping cart. Click the "Place an order" button.

In the order form, provide your contact information.

After a moment, you will receive an automatically generated invoice for the purchase in your e-mail. Pay the invoice.

After a short while (a few hours, longer on weekends), you will receive a text message confirming that the payment has been successful.

Gift Card

Gift cards can only be used to make purchases on
It is not possible to use the gift card at any of our partner stores.
The gift card is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. The card displays the card's face value, expiration date, and a unique code that can be entered during checkout to deduct the value of the gift card from the total purchase amount. Any remaining balance must be paid by the customer.

Free delivery with Omniva parcel machines throughout Latvia for orders over 49.00 euros, and as usual, a small gift is included with every purchase!

Delivery time is 1-3 working days. Please note that due to the state of emergency and before various holidays, delivery may be delayed - up to 10 working days. Therefore, please pick up the package from the parcel machine in a timely manner to make room for others!

Delivery abroad with Omniva courier service, approximate cost is 15 euros.

Return and Cancellation Rights for Goods

You have the right to withdraw from the purchased goods within 14 days after receiving the order, by sending them back to the address below using Omniva parcel machines. The goods must be unused and undamaged, and the printed order confirmation must be attached to the shipment. The customer covers the costs of returning the goods.
The refund will be made to the payer's account within 3 working days from the day the returned goods are received.

Distance contract
This contract is concluded between the owner of the online store, SIA "Dabas Pērles", registration number 40203165479, legal address: Gundegu iela 2, Bukulti, Garkalne municipality, Riga region LV-1024, (hereinafter referred to as the Seller), and the Buyer who places an order and makes a purchase on the www.dabasperles.lvonline store. This distance contract applies to all orders and purchases made on the online store.
1.The Buyer orders, purchases and pays, but the Seller delivers and sells body, facial, hair cosmetics (hereinafter referred to as Goods) in accordance with the terms of this Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement).
2.The Buyer orders the Goods by filling out the relevant order form on the Seller's website By placing an order, the Buyer undertakes to provide accurate information, i.e. name, surname, e-mail address, phone number, preferred Omniva parcel machine, and by clicking on the "Place order" button. The Buyer undertakes to inform the Seller of any changes no later than 24 hours from the moment of receiving the order confirmation by writing an email to the address mentioned in the text.pasta adrese maza. The Buyer is responsible for providing correct data; otherwise, delivery of the Goods is not guaranteed. Ordering the Goods is considered as the Buyer's offer to the Seller to conclude this Distance contract for the delivery of the ordered Goods and the Buyer's agreement to purchase the ordered Goods for the indicated price. Personal data related to the delivery of the Goods are not disclosed to third parties except for SIA "Omniva" (hereinafter referred to as courier), for the purpose of ensuring the delivery of the order.
3.The Seller delivers the Goods to the parcel locker specified by the Buyer in accordance with the courier's established tariffs. The Buyer pays for the shipping costs and the Goods together before receiving confirmation and delivery of the Goods from the Seller. The delivery price is included in the invoice.
4.The Buyer can place orders 24 hours a day, but the Seller processes orders on weekdays from 9:00 to 17:00. No order processing is carried out on Saturdays and Sundays. The Seller sends confirmation of order acceptance to the Buyer via email and SMS. If the Buyer does not receive a confirmation email, the order has not been accepted. Order processing begins when the payment is credited to the Seller's account.
5.The buyer has the right to use the withdrawal rights included in the Consumer Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia and return the Goods within 14 (fourteen) calendar days. To avoid disputes, the Buyer must ensure that the Goods match the order at the time of receipt.
6.In case the Goods are assembled inaccurately, the Buyer has the right to exchange the Goods within 14 (fourteen) days. The courier expenses in the aforementioned case are covered by the Seller.
7.If the Buyer wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal, the following recommendations and conditions must be taken into account:
7.1. The returnable item must not be used (taking into account the nature of the item). If the condition of the returnable item has deteriorated and this has occurred due to improper storage, the Buyer is not entitled to exercise the right of withdrawal.
7.2. The Buyer has an obligation to keep and not damage the original packaging of the item.
7.3. If the Buyer wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal, he/she must contact the Seller by e-mail at the following address:pasta adrese maza 
7.4. The Seller will transfer the money for the returnable item and its delivery costs to the Buyer's specified bank account within 14 (fourteen) calendar days.
8.The average delivery time is 1-5 working days.
9. All prices are indicated with 21% VAT (value-added tax).
10.The payment for the product is made by the Buyer on the online store using a credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, Visa Electron) or by bank transfer to the account of SIA Dabas Pērles, which is indicated in the proforma invoice.
11. This Agreement is in accordance with the regulatory acts of the Republic of Latvia. The Buyer confirms that he/she has read and undertakes to comply with and fulfill the terms of this Agreement.
12.The Buyer is informed that the Seller has the right to unilaterally change the terms of this Agreement at any time.
